My previous weekend aktvt

A very outdated post. We went to Sunway Pyramid last weekend cos I needed a new pair of glasses.. after some cute face making and some pleading, hubby paid for my new pair of glasses... hehe, must make cute face more often, then can lure him into my trap to get new stuff... haha!

We parked at the new hotel Sunway Lagoon Theme Park Hotel. We purposely parked at this new hotel cos we want to take a look and also to check out how is the whole Sunway City are linked together. Beautiful... Took some photos and head to the spectacle shop. The shop assistant pissed me off cos he kept on pushing me for something I dont like and their price is very misleading. What can you derived from this sentence "Price of RMXXX is inclusive of frame and lense"? Understood-ted that it comes with the frame AND ALSO THE LENSE right? I mean, I can understand if I need to top up abt RM 100 for extra multi-coated lenses etc or RM300 for some HOYA lenses. But, this place is like taking my arm off my body when they presented me the price for my new pair of glasses! Its far more than what I have expected. I straight away told the assistant that my budget is within RMXXX and pls let me have something within this price range. His facial expression changed entirely... keep on telling me that its not nice to take cheap lenses la, its make me look like LAM AH CHAN la, its going to scratch la etc etc etc! I feel like walking off from the shop but I really want to get my glasses done and get it over with. Its something that is overdue for quite some time; yeap cos I am lazy. So, I sternly told the assistant to custome my glasses 'punya' price with the frame and the lense I wanted. I have been wearing glasses for 10 years, so I know what is what and which is which! Dont try your luck on selling me something that is far more expansive than its worth! Grrr.....

Then we head for lunch or rather tea cos its pretty late liow. Then this place have to make my blood boil!


The cashier who is attending to me, took my order and yakked away with the fella next to him! Hellow, its a weekend and the restaurant is like a mad house (full house I mean), so pls dont waste time and get on with our orders! Then he took my drink, but didnt take it to the tray immediately, he yak and brought my drink up and down! Blardy hell, I dont want to drink his saliva la, so I sound him. He quickly exchanged it! Then, I ordered Oscar's HAPPY MEAL, but as usual, I will replace the fries with the corn. Again, that i-di-ot, took my order and pretend that I am speaking some foreign language... making the Q so darn long! And that guy behind me non-stop hissing like a snake.... What, my fault ah if this restaurant hired some i-di-ots to work! So, I shouted that fella who took my order and gave him a piece of my mind and told him dont waste my time, just give me the damn fries and shut his mouth up! And I even gave that guy behind me a horrible looking face cos he could not stop hissing sssssssss!

See, weekends can be very happy still with the correct company... Can just ignore the not-so-important people you bumped into or come in contact with! My lovely Oscar can 'mencairkan' all anger!

My weekend up-dates

Thanks to all mommies for their comments on my STRESS level post. Feeling much better now but everytime I walked pass the washer, I will like "Grrrr, shiaks!" but very much better now. I called the guy who is suppose to repair my washer but he said he is off on Sats and Suns so I will have to wait till Mond. Sigh, if I know how to open the 'trapped' door now, I would know how to replace the door lock already. But then, if I know eveything, then these people would loose their job right! He he....

Yesterday was spent at my own house with my mom cos she came over after we went marketing together. She came to help me with some house chores like to clean up my kitchen cupboard, helped me to clear up Oscar's clothes cabinet and helped me with my 'tenggiri' fish. I just have no idea how to make it. Mom made it into paste and helped me store into the fridge. Then later, we went back to mom's place to pick up those washed laundry and had dinner and mom's place. As usual, groceries shopping is a must.

Today as of now, still no plans yet cos hubby need to do some delivery. Waiting for Rachel from Ipoh to call me.... Guess today will be 'rot-at-home' day till this evening's dinner. I just love weekends, even though its spent like sitting around at home. At least, I can do some work and also to spend some time with Oscar. Now searchig the web to see if I can find some sites teaching people how to make 'play-dough'.... Saw LaundryAmah's kids playing, so I tot I want to make some for Oscar too.....

Aaarrgghhhh!!! I hate this!!!!

ALAMAK!!! I am so stressful! Guess what? My washing machine decide to DIE on me during weekend like today!!!!! Irritating or not?! @#$%^&^*&%##

This weekend also I have lots to wash cos during the holidays, I was busy washing the bed linens, curtains and floor rugs... so, all our clothes are like lying in the room. I thought I can start my laundry marathon tonight but I WAS SO SO WRONG!!!

The door lock to the washer pecah ledi!!! I did one load and when the load is done, I waited for like 10 mins as usual cos I wash with hot water so I want to let it cool down before I open the door... to my horror, when my hand went to reach for the door, I open as usual, and the door gave a sound "snap"... Darn.... I knew it.... I knew the door lock snapped cos being in this industry, I think I know a little bit here and there about washing machines. True enough, the door could not be opened anymore and I can see my clothes 'suffocating' inside with all the heat and moisture!

Shiaks! I knew the washer is kinda 'sick' cos I noticed the spin was inconsistent and also the door is like 'hard' to open sometimes but, TONIGHT THE DOOR LOCK 'PASSED AWAY' .....

This washer non-stop give me headache ledi!!!! Two weeks ago, the drain valve got something wrong and I, MissGyver (not Macgyver) did what a normal technician did... and I repaired the washer while hubby stood at a side looking blankly at me!!!

*sigh* really potong my steam la this incident.... got to bring dirty laundry to mom's place and hope mom let me use her washer.... her washer new one... so she very sayang... the washer is 5kg but she only allow to wash 3kg... waste of resources I said!

My Wonderful Weekend

I had a wonderful weekend today. Supposed to accompany hubby to Bukit Beruntung but while driving half way, hubby's customer called to cancel the appointment. Yippee, cos the North South Highway is like hell! We heard from the radio that the jam was like 5km! Phew! We en-route and turned into Kepong cos hubby suggested we visit the Carrefour in Kepong. Well, since we are in that area, why not. After buying some groceries, Oscar wanted lunch and it is already 2pm. Nothing much to eat in Carrefour so we travelled further and stop at Jusco in Kepong (today seems to be like Kepong shopping day for Oscar). Had lunch in one of the restaurant called the Red Door. The entire shop's decor is very...erm, woody like! The tables and chairs are made of wood, I mean LOG! Yes, its not 'sam kap pan' but real tree logs! Soooo heavy the chairs. Food was so so only but quite expansive. Jalan Jalan and shopped a little as hubby wants to get some jeans and I needed some T-shirts too. Again, we stopped by to get more groceries. Planning to make Fish & Chips tomorrow for dinner. Then, Oscar was too tired, so he slept inside the trolley... full of shopping bags, no pics to show la. Then when Oscar woke up, we decided its time that we go home cos its already 6pm. Time to look for dinner cos I am dead tired and lazy too he he. So, I suggested to go have some claypot rice. Where else but the famous stall in Petaling Street. My prince Oscar have not been to Petaling Street in his entire life! This is his first time and also my first time after I gave birth to Oscar. Walking along Petaling Street is really something exciting cos there's alot to see and buy. Don't dare to buy too much food cos sure cannot finish.... Just bought some 'Fung Wong' egg tarts and their famous 'Char Siew Paus'.... He he.... Some cam-whoring today too.......

We signed up with Diamond Water Filter after we moved into our new house 1.5 years later. Before that, we only had mineral pot filter which I will usually take water from the tap and fill it into the mineral pot and I will then take the water from the pot and boil it for Oscar and me and hubby drank direct from the mineral pot cos the water is safe for drinking.
Today marks the 18th month we have signed up for the Diamond Water Filter and hubby decided to call the service guy to come and service the filter. Actually hubby can do it but hubby decided to do a mega cleaning like to clean the inner filter and to change the filtering sheets as well.
The guy came and he did his stuff.... then I keh poh chi, I went outside to '8'..... to my horror, the filtering sheets are filthy dirty and full of mud and sands!.... Here are some pics as proof!

Can you imagine if we do not have this filter and the water we are drinking are murky and ..... God knows what it can content... I am not saying that with the filter, we can drink water direct from source, knowing our BolehLand, how clean can our JBA water be... but at least, water are filtered from its foreign particles and sand..... You dont want to 'choked' when drinking plain water right?

(Nope, I am not getting paid for this post cos I am not advertising for Diamond. I just want to let my friends know that you must have a water filter at home, that is all)

Yes... we are still talking about this!!! I know I am not being a good wife but this is really making me chi sin! This is really good biz for hubby cos this company gave hubby a very huge order(and more to come I hpe) but its freaking me out cos I have to chipped in to help too! Can't take it cos this thing smells toxic and also folding it cuts my hands all over. Sorry dear, I know this biz means a lot to you and we can be very comfortable if this company gives you biz like this monthly.... but, its taking up our house space and I am getting sick looking at Guang Liang's face...

Its in EVERY corner of the house!!! I want to dream of driving my fav MPV but I dont want to dream about Guang Liang lor....

Up-date...

Lazy to up-date my blog and also SCREAMYX line at home was and STILL giving hell to both me and hubby. So, I decided not to post any up-date on our wedding anniversary.

But, today since I am home alone with Oscar, I tot of posting some up-dates this week...

See.... my wedding Album, and some other pics and whenever I show Oscar our wedding pictures, he will ask me "Mommy, Oscar where?" "Oscar late alredi so no photo hai mai?" So, to please this little boy of mine, I have made a smaller version our wedding photo album but now incorporating Oscar's photos.... (will show later cos I can't seem to get the correct angle to take the photos....)

NOPE!! Its my hubby's work. And its one like 5% of it as the total of it... I dont't think our tiny apartment can fit. So, hubby only brought back 5% of it to be done at home as his customer need it like soooooo urgently!! The rest, hubby employed ppl to do liow... If he bring back and do, I think we all will have no place to walk!!!!


This is the finished product....... Some product which Guang Liang endorsed... Dont ask me what, I dont know and I didnt ask..... my JOB is only to assist in folding the boxes... fold fold fold till my hand hurt like mad!!!! And developed a migrain doing it! But, I am happy cos I can help hubby in his work... at least he is not so stress.... I zzzz at 12 last night but hubby stayed up till the morning to finish it..... There are just too many parts in just ONE box!!!!!
